Hi! I am Lucy

I fell into consulting over 30 years ago, and have worked in small, large, multi-disciplinary, specialist, boutique and multi-national consultancies. I founded and sold my own award-winning agency and have built, mentored, coached, trained and led teams across all industries. I love consulting and the experience it has given me! I am excited to be able to focus on sharing what I have learned and helping others to have a satisfying and successful career.
