I am Lucy and I am excited to work with you as you further develop your engagement skills. I have over 30 years experience in the design, implementation, evaluation and training of community engagement across all industries and levels of Government. I have won the IAP2 International Best Project Award as well as local (Australasian and State) Awards, was one of the founding members of IAP2 Australasia and served on both the Australasian and International Boards.  I am a recognised industry leader, known for my expertise in managing engagement in contentious and contested environments.
